Seed and Plant Sale

It’s time to plan for spring.  We’re offering great bundles of organic seeds from Seed Savers.  Ordering from us gives you a good deal (it’s cheaper than their website prices) and supports school gardens and farm experiences.

Seeds will be delivered to Grow La Crosse schools, Mayo,  Grow board members or are available for pick-up at community events such as the Mayor’s Conference – Saturday, March 25th 9-1, free admission and the Earth Fair-Sunday, April 30th, 11-4.  Can’t pick them up?  No problem, we can mail them to you.

New this year, you can pre-order plant sale items to pick-up and go.   We’re offering a wide variety of vegetables, herbs and flowers while also adding native perennial plants to attract pollinators to your yard.

Spring Volunteer Opportunities

We count on a lot of great people to connect children to healthy food and nature.  This spring, we are looking for helpers with our garden education programs, garden parties and plant sales.

Check out our opportunities here.

Little Hands on the Farm

We get a lot of requests to extend our farm programming to a younger age, and here it is! Parents and their young children will spend three mornings on the farm, enjoying everything that Inspired on the Farm camps offer, just geared to a younger age. We will meet and learn how to interact gently with the farm animals, explore the woods, fields and gardens, enjoy music and stories during circle time, and make some awesome art projects together!

Open to ages: 3-5 years olds, adult attendance with child is required.
Dates: August 9,10,11
Time: 9-noon each day
Open to: 12 registrants (with a parent or guardian)

Register here.
