Welcome New Team Members
Outreach Coordinator
We are please to announce that Bonnie Martin is joining our team as Outreach Coordinator.
She comes baring a vast amount of skills from past experiences such as: marketing, event planning, volunteer organizing, and graphic design. She is passionate enriching the lives of children through providing hands-on educational activities. As a leader and volunteer in her children’s school PTO and 4-H club Bonnie has been able to use her work experience to help create events and travel experiences for children. It was through these roles that Bonnie became familiar with GROW. She is excited to be a part of an organization that is making an impact by connecting children to healthy food and nature.

Insect/Art Community Day on the Farm

This Saturday, September 14th, meet the GROW team joined by UWL Entomologist and Artist Barrett Klein at Deep Roots Community Farm.
Together, let’s explore nature and it’s wild ecosystem. Insect walks and yard sign paintings will fill your day with fun.
Take home free native wildflower seeds to plant in your garden.
