| “That was Boss!” We heard an excited student exclaim, “That was Boss! We should make that salsa for our holiday party,” after participating in the last of a multi-week field trip program that brought Introduction to Agriculture students from La Crosse Schools to campus. These visits allowed students to explore agriculture in our state-of-the-art greenhouse spaces and across campus while helping to start our indoor growing season. After winter break the greenhouse will be full of green and ready for hundreds of younger students to have hands-on learning experiences to help them GROW.
