4.17.2024 Plant Sale Sneak Peek Invite • Spring Lessons
You are invited to the Plant Sale Sneak Peek! Garden Lessons in All Types of Weather The weather as we start spring garden lessons is always unpredictable. This spring students have had their first lesson of the growing season in snow, sun and on rainy days, even inside. In this growing season our unit is entitled, Exploring Community In Our Garden. We will be diving into pollinators and diversity in plants and cultures, bringing it all together to illustrate a sense of community in our gardens, classrooms, and surrounding neighborhoods. Lesson 1 is Operation Pollination and we have been discussing pollinators and getting seeds planted for the school light carts. Can You Sponsor A Student, Class or Garden? We are still looking for individuals who can sponsor a student, class or school for the 2024 school garden lesson and growing season. A gift of just $5 provides one student with a garden lesson.
