| The Kids Cooking Challenge Kicks Off Today We are preparing the Mystery Ingredient Bags for the Kids Cooking Challenge participants. Sign up for the event is now closed. The response was fantastic! We can’t wait to see the ways young chefs get creative in their kitchens with their own unique recipes. Watch our Facebook page for updates and results. Remember the Mystery Bag pick up is from 3 to 6 pm, Tuesday, December 1st, at 624 Vine Street, La Crosse. This will be a contact-free drive up event for those who have already registered. Some of the moments that stand out for us are those that involved young leaders volunteering for hands-on projects in the gardens. Here is a look back at a few of those shining days including two Eagle Scout projects, a Viterbo Service Saturday and some of our young gardeners preparing for spring planting.      |
