A Sneak Peak at Summer School
Have you ever wondered what farm camp was like? How about hands-on garden lessons during summer school? We’re about to show you!
This is the first of three videos Grow La Crosse is releasing to show some of the highlights of our summer school and farm camps. These videos were filmed and edited by Max Cavaness, a sophomore at Tomah High School. We had the chance to interview Max and learn about his work. Read his interview below!
How did you get interested in videography?
I watch a lot of Youtube and TV, so through making videos I want to give people a beautiful view or a good laugh. Videography helps me do that, with making videos on Youtube and doing this for Grow La Crosse.
How was the experience filming for GROW La Crosse?
I had a blast working for Grow La Crosse! This is the first time I have made something that someone outside of my friends and family will see and hopefully enjoy. I got to be creative with my shots and be able to go to many different locations and shoot different things instead of one scene over and over again.
What is your favorite part about filming & creating videos?
My favorite part about filming and creating videos is all the possibilities I can do with each shot, making something unique to show others, and seeing the finished product, everything you made yourself for others to enjoy.
