Connecting children to healthy food and nature
Cultural Connections Language Posts Installed Our GROW gardens just got a little more colorful. Last week, we installed the language posts created during our Cultural Connections lessons, where kids learned about Ho-Chunk culture. Walk past the gardens to see all of the beautifully decorated posts!

Virtual Bountiful Garden Tour
There are just 8 days left to submit your garden to the Virtual Bountiful Garden Tour! We are continuing to receive submissions for our Virtual Bountiful Garden Tour, and we cannot wait to see your garden!

Submissions will be accepted now through July 31st. Details of submission types and rules can be found at GROWLaCrosse.org/garden-tour/.

Anyone can enter this event that will raise funds for GROW school garden and farm experiences and showcases the beauty of gardens in our community for all to enjoy. We will be featuring all of the gardens that enter the event on our webpage and social media for the community to appreciate from the safety of their homes.

Enter your garden for a chance to win the $100 grand prize! You could also enter your favorite community or nonprofit garden for a chance to earn the “People’s Choice Award”!

Thank You La Crescent Rotary for supporting GROW!
Thank you La Crescent Rotary for help funding and installing the fencing around our La Crescent garden. We greatly appreciate the support and dedication!

Together we know we will make it through these unprecedented times here are three ways you can support our mission:
Make a donation online or get directions to mail a check at GROWLaCrosse.org.
Sign up to make monthly donations: just $5 to $10/month will provide lessons for 2 to 4 children for a year.
Advocate for us by sharing our mission with a family member or friend. Even a quick mention on your social media would mean the world to us. A Facebook fundraiser to recognize a birthday or anniversary is a wonderful way to share our mission and generate funds.

In times like this, we’re reminded of how interconnected we all are. Thank you for being part of our community. Without you, none of it is possible.
